Second Star Group (SSG) is an operational consulting firm built by experienced operators who genuinely enjoy helping companies grow. With more than 20 years of global experience across private equity–backed and growth-stage organizations, SSG focuses on building the systems, structure, and operational clarity that allow businesses to scale with confidence.

We've served in C-level roles including COO, CIO, CISO, and CFO. We've sat in the seats, led teams, managed transactions, built security programs, and navigated rapid growth from the inside. That experience shapes how we work — practical, hands-on, and collaborative.
